Top Service Società Cooperativa places the utmost importance on ensuring that its activities comply with current legislation, also with the aim of safeguarding the Company’s image and value.

Top Service’s internal regulations define the company’s objectives in terms of clearly defined roles and responsibilities, in accordance with legal provisions and clients’ rights, and are inspired by principles of integrity, trust, responsibility, transparency, professionalism, and confidentiality.

In line with the above, the Cooperative encourages both Personnel and Third Parties (i.e., all individuals or entities with whom the Cooperative maintains relations) who are aware of any unlawful conduct or unethical actions relevant to the Cooperative to report them without fear of discrimination or retaliation.
In accordance with the applicable decree, the Cooperative has established disciplinary measures against those who violate the safeguards put in place to protect whistleblowers, as well as against those who, through willful misconduct or gross negligence, submit reports that prove to be unfounded.

To this end, the Cooperative has implemented and manages an internal whistleblowing system in compliance with the applicable legislation, which allows individuals to submit a written report (including anonymously) or record a voice message.
It is also possible to request an in-person meeting with the individual appointed by the Cooperative to handle reports.

Top Service Società Cooperativa ensures the protection of privacy and confidentiality of the whistleblower’s personal data, also to safeguard the individual from possible retaliation, as required by applicable law.

Reporting Through Other Channels

Confidentiality of the report is also guaranteed when submitted through alternative channels.

In particular, in addition to the aforementioned internal reporting channel, other means of reporting violations are available, provided that specific conditions expressly stated by law are met, as detailed in the procedure.
